Now we all know that big Kyle isn't the best of players and although he has scored a couple of important goals for Rangers* he isn't exactly been the best bit of business has he.
There is currently a rumour going round that Laugherty is in talks with newly promoted Huddersfield town and he would be able to go for a cut price fee compared to the £3.5m plus that Rangers* shelled out for him. How would Billy and friends see this. -
**My cousin is a scout for Huddersfield, and some will know I've posted bits of info
about them before.
He mentioned last week that they were interested in Lafferty, and today that has
stepped up given they were promoted on Saturday.
Apparently he has a £575k release fee that takes effect from 01/06 and he has no
interest in renegotiating that.
I'm not particularly fussed if he goes, but we really need to get this registration ban
sorted out.
If other players leave for similarly knock down fees, then we could be in a
huge mess.**
