Craig Whyte is a 'Stand Up Guy'

Mr Craig Whyte describes himself as a 'stand up guy' but surely you need some proof that you are what you say you are. That's like Kirk Broadfoot saying he is the best Right Back in the SPL, where is the proof? Well the Rangers fans ask how Mr Whyte is 'a stand up guy' -

 why do we have to take him to court to get our own money back?
 (Presumably at our expense too).

*And why if he is hiding money from the club and the taxman why is he not getting
 the club taken off him
